The Lady Eats

what: an instant noodle bowl from fresh n’ easy, Sweet Chili flavor. doctored it up with some of my own fixin’s - some of the seitan i made last night, some leftover peanut sauce i made this week, and some roasted garlic that i also made last night. you see, last night i was a cookin’ fool.
when: around 12:30
i wasn’t all that hungry but knew that i needed food, and something substantial, being hungover. the chili sauce and peanut sauce went well together and though i was initially squicked out at the seitan yesterday (i had never made seitan before last night, and the seitan-creation process turned out to be a little grosser, somehow, than i had anticipated) after i sauted it with some coconut oil and the peanut sauce it turned out to be very tasty. and of course you can’t go wrong with roasted garlic, at all, ever.
note: i did not eat the whole bowl. maybe 2/3 of it. saving the rest for later.
